Kyle Baumann, a founding partner of Lowe Baumann Group, is a seasoned REALTOR® in the Atlanta market. Kyle works with individuals, investors and developers interested in the city’s most coveted properties, and with over $300 million closed in sales since 2013, Kyle has built a solid client foundation in all price ranges throughout Atlanta.

He is able to provide a wealth of knowledge to homeowners looking to build or remodel their homes, and is known for being a trusted confident and consultant during the homebuilding process.

Kyle Baumann grew up in Lake Bluff, Illinois where he was a volunteer firefighter and EMT before he moved to Denver, Colorado, to attend college at Regis University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and management.

Kyle is married to Elise Baumann and they live in Peachtree Heights East with their three sons.

Between closing deals for his clients and spending quality time with his family, Kyle likes to golf, fly fish and is currently finishing up his pilot’s license at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport. He also enjoys visiting his family in Jackson Hole and going climbing, skiing and fishing in the Tetons
