Born in Dayton, Ohio, Kyle moved to Memphis in 2006 for college at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN where he also played basketball from 2006-2010. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, and two Master’s degrees in Education. Although his basketball “career” ended in college, you’ll still find Kyle playing basketball anytime he can in local church leagues and coaching young men alongside his teaching career at Elmore Park Middle School in Bartlett and for the past 6 years at West Collierville Middle School.
In 2014, Kyle married his wife Kelsey, and they immediately moved into their first home in Germantown. Kyle and Kelsey have now been married for over 10 years and have three amazing children – Owen, a 7 year old who attends St. Louis School, Addison, 4 year old who is a true middle child but just as amazing, and their newest addition, Ellie James, who is now just over a year old! The Couvion family now resides in Collierville where they love the community and doing life whether coaching, hanging with their kids at the neighborhood pool, cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies, or having family time at Pickwick Lake.
Kyle’s involvement in education, coaching basketball, and helping students and families along the way, has inspired his passion to take his skills outside of the court and the classroom and transition into real estate. As Kyle says, “I am extremely passionate about everything I do and have a desire to help people turn their dreams into a reality. My eagerness to help others allows me the possibility to truly connect with clients and offer them the best possible service. I am committed to listening to their needs and applying my ability to negotiate ethically to guarantee a successful experience.
