Kyle was great to work with! Relocating for work meant I needed a speedy home sale, and Kyle blitzed the market like a marketing mad man. Within the first week, I had more showing requests than I knew what to do with. I genuinely appreciated his effort in making this process as fast as I wanted it to be without having to cut the listing price. 11/10 would sell with Kyle again!

I can say that you were very professional and you weren't pushy. You were very up front about everything and made us aware that there was already an offer in on the house when we first looked at it. I appreciate someone who is honest and discloses everything, even if we didn't ask about it. You were good at recommending the inspector as well as the title company. Also, you were quick to get us any information and documents we needed. I work very fast and like it when the person I'm working with is also very fast and efficient.
