A lifelong resident of Columbus, Kyle Edwards has been a licensed real estate agent since 2010 – earning numerous sales and achievement awards, including Columbus Realtors highest sales honor, The Presidents Prestige Award, in 2019. Furthermore, Kyle was the #1 selling individual and team through 2022 and 2023 in the Keller Williams (KW) Ohio Valley Region (Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana), as well as consistently ranking in the top 1% of Realtors in Central Ohio. In 2024, Kyle left KW to become one of six REALTORS® who partnered together to launch The Brokerage House; an exciting new Brokerage gathering the industry's best to bring top results to agents and their clients!

Having successfully rehabbed and sold over 15 properties himself, Kyle also works with clients who want to achieve the same success in investing, holding, and/or rehabbing real estate.
When not selling homes and helping clients, Kyle can be found spending time with his kids and coaching their sports teams, rehabbing investment properties with his wife, enjoying live music with friends, or on a fishing adventure.
