I'm Kyle Gebhart, an avid hiker, fisherman, father, husband, musician, skier, amateur carpenter, racquetball player, and dog lover. Born and raised in Gettysburg, PA, I know all about small-town living and having a sense of community in that place you call home. After my wife and I started a family of our own, we wanted a strong community and excellent schools above all else. So, we left Colorado and moved to Ithaca. Now we can be found out in the beauty of the surroundings, enjoying all the Finger Lakes has to offer from hiking, boating, and fishing, to wine tastings, festivals, and fine food.
As a Music Therapist who is married to a Nurse Practitioner, I know the value of quality care, the benefits of being a good listener, and the importance of keeping my clients informed of any changes that occur. Being raised in a family with heavy ties to construction and infrastructure, along with a decade of experience as a Music Therapist, life has provided me with the knowledge and skillset to counsel you through your big decisions. I will help you see the full potential of prospective homes, and help you manage the stress that comes along with real estate transactions.
