From a distance of 3000 miles, I bought a house in a town I didn't even know, thanks to Kyle, who didn't know me, never even saw me until I finally arrived the day before closing. He knows the area, and he knows all the details of participating in the real estate market. I didn't go easy on him, had him make offers on 4 different places. He kept with it, handled essentially everything, steered me clear of a variety of pitfalls. It wasn't my 1st experience buying a house, but it was definitely the best.

Kyle helped my wife and I purchase our first home and without his tireless support, professionalism, and experience, I am not sure if we would have gone through with it. Kyle is amazing! This gentlemen really cares about the people he comes into contact with, and it shows in all of his efforts to get you want or what you need. He has excellent timing, professionalism, negotiating abilities, and understanding of what is being asked for in the process of the home buying experience. He took the stress out of home buying and turned it into a highly rewarding and fun experience. I have two teenagers who will be spreading their wings before I know it, and I know who I'm going to when the time is right. Highly satisfied first time homebuyer! Would definitely come back time and time again, and recommend over and over. He gets it, and he gets you home!

I have purchased a number of houses and dealt with many realtors/brokers in my years. I would say that only 3 out of all of these experiences I would consider favorable, with Kyle in my top 2. Flat out, if you want someone that will go above and beyond for you, attack every situation with your best interest at heart, and be upfront and honest with you, then Kyle is your guy. I have been impressed a number of times with his responsiveness and willingness to get you what you need. I plan on buying and selling additional houses and I fully plan to have him represent me. Very good realtor and a great guys!

Kyle is absolutely amazing. This was our first home purchase and honestly did not know where to start. Kyle assisted us with viewing multiple homes and let us know when others were available. Once we found the one Kyle put in an offer for us and immediately started negotiating on our behalf. No matter the time of day Kyle would call us with updates. After some heavy negotiations by Kyle we were able seal the deal and even close a week early. If you are a first time home buyer and have no clue where to start I would highly recommend giving him a call. We could not have done it without his assistance.
