Originally from Sparks, Nevada I served my country in the United States Navy as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician with multiple tours in Iraq, Afghanistan and Bahrain. After my service in the Navy my wife became active duty Navy and I went on to earn an undergraduate in psychological sciences as well as take on the responsibilities of an at-home-father. After completing our service my wife and I decided to raise our daughter and son in the place I was born and raised and came back to Reno to put down some roots.
As a local father of two youngsters I have a wealth of knowledge about the area and real estate market, as well as the schools, services, social and recreational opportunities, and what the Reno Sparks area has to offer a family.
My experiences in the Navy, college and as an at-home-dad have instilled in me the discipline it takes to be an exceptional real estate agent, understand the person behind the offer and negotiate deals. Being a military veteran I understand the wants, needs and goals of service members, and veterans. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations.
During our time in the Navy my wife and I bought and sold many homes exposing me to many housing markets. I was able to learn the ins and outs of each one helping me understand what goes on during the real estate transaction first hand, this helps me better guide my clients through the process. As a local investor I am also able to give a unique perspective on homes value and worth. I will listen to your strategies and help you find properties that align with those strategies.
