I first met Kyle two years ago, and ever since he has added incredible value to my life! Kyle does it all very well, and makes you feel as if you are his only customer! When we get in a pickle, or need something done quick fast and in a hurry, I know who has the solution to our problem, Kyle. He has done everything from list our houses for sale, to finding the right contractors for our problem. Kyle has our TRUST & LOYALTY! Thank you KYLE keep up the great work!

Kyle is a top notch go getter who I came across by chance when viewing a home I found on Redfin. He was quick to get a property inspector out and make an offer, although we were outbid he cranked through the ensuing month or so locating properties and dealing with the details.

Ended up finding us a house easily twice the size of what we were looking for prices $100k below market. He knew how to work the negotiations and we were able to steal the property for a total of $140k below market and closed in short order.

He’s lightning fast and knows the ins and outs of the real estate business. I remember the bank giving us trouble a few days before the close of escrow and him moving mountains to get the deal done on time.

Few months later it came time to sell my wife’s old house and unfortunately used the same realtor to listed that originally sold her the house. He promised to discount his commission so it seemed like a good deal.

Several months went by and no offers, no interest, and we began considering dropping the price. I decided instead to fire the old realtor and put Jyke on the job after knocking our previous deal out of the park and it’s the best decision we could have made.

Over the next couple weeks Kyle was at the property daily lining up contractors, hosting open houses, and seeing to the paperwork. After a couple weeks we had 3 or 4 serious offers, all over asking, and one slightly lower cash offer but still $10k over asking. We ended up going with that.

Kyle hit the ground running on every project I’ve put him on and knocked every deal out of the park.

It was such a seamless experience each time, I never had to stress or worry about any paperwork or details, he had all of it under control and would just send me a docusign from time to time and that’s all that was needed of me.

He knows the market, knows how to get the most value out of a transaction whether buying or selling, and closes deals fast.

I couldn’t give him a higher recommendation.
