About Kyle

Founder of Upwell Realty, Kyle Madorin has earned wide recognition in Orlando and nationally for his exceptional concierge service in real estate. After growing up in Chicago’s west suburbs, Kyle studied public relations at Bradley University, where he obtained an advanced internship in guest relations with The Walt Disney Company. Kyle quickly fell in love with Orlando and relocated to Central Florida, making his mark at Walt Disney World while earning positions as a Magic Kingdom tour guide, operations assistant for the park’s vice president, and as a VIP host for celebrities and visiting dignitaries. Through Disney’s extensive training regimen and Kyle’s hands-on experiences in these unique roles, he developed the high standards of personalized service and attention to detail for which he is known.

A chance encounter with the former CEO of Lord & Taylor and chairman of the board of Ann Taylor resulted in Kyle being recruited to Greenwich, Connecticut, where he worked as the executive administrator for a private investment firm. With a daily
routine that encouraged bringing the “Disney touch” to high level executives around New York city, he further engaged his talent for delivering remarkable client experiences.

Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005, prompting Kyle and his wife, Shalea, to relocate to Louisiana and help her parents rebuild their affected company. Once it was safely up and running, Shalea and Kyle used their acumen to assist with the expansion of the family’s wedding business into the premier venue in New Orleans and a destination for weddings throughout the region. After seven successful years of growth, and spurred by his own experiences in the field, Kyle sought a new challenge with no ceiling: real estate.

With their two young sons in tow, Shalea and Kyle moved back to Orlando, where they founded their real estate business with Kyle’s brother. The three of them began a journey with a fresh perspective on the industry, believing that at its heart, real estate is essentially a “people business.” They pledged to focus on customers’ happiness, putting their clients first, rather than on traditional sales techniques.

Kyle has been an Orlando real estate agent since 2013. In addition to being Gold Key Certified for Excellence in Professionalism by the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association, he has consistently performed in the top 1% of real estate agents in the Orlando area and has been recognized as a Top 100 Agent by Orlando Real Producers Magazine. A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Million Dollar Guild appointee, Kyle has achieved top performance levels in the luxury sector. Still, he provides the same high-touch service to all clients, regardless of price point.

An Agent Characterized by Honesty, Authenticity, Kindness, & Competency.

Our experience with Kyle was a dream from beginning to end. From the very beginning he was transparent and honest regarding his approach in the process and what we can expect when we close on a home with him. Kyle was always readily available and patient in our last minute requests to visit homes and approached each scenario with a mountain of independent research and analysis. We never felt that Kyle was inattentive or pushing us towards something that did not align with our goals - instead he stressed patience and insisted we not settle. Throughout the process from our initial offer to closing, he remained in constant contact with us and moved with speed and efficiency towards ensuring our best interests were front of mind. As of the time of writing this review (1 week after closing), we have recommended Kyle to close friends on 3 separate occasions. We are confident Kyle will provide the same level of professionalism and commitment in each scenario.
