Could not have had a better experience with Kyle.

He knows the neighborhoods and he knows the business. Not only did he keep us from wasting time pursuing houses that he knew wouldn't work for us, he took the time to explain why. Whenever we came across industry terms or paperwork that were confusing, he worked with us to make sure we understood what we were seeing and that we were comfortable with it.

Specifically, in one instance, he saved us from disaster with a house that was misrepresented, and which would have been an unsellable money pit.

Best of all, he was responsive. He always answered our queries very promptly, and never kept us waiting at a property. And when we visited properties, he took the time not only to point out attributes that we might not have noticed, but also uncovered shortcomings that we likewise might not have discovered.

For Kyle, it was never just about getting a sale. It was about getting into the right house--a house about which we could be happy years after it was bought.

And to top it off, he's approachable, kind, witty and a nice person to be around.

Can't recommend him highly enough.
