Kyle Mudder

Born and raised in the Eugene/Springfield area, Kyle loves to show his clients why this area is the best place to call home. Kyle graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Business where he discovered his passion for business entrepreneurship which ultimately led him to a career in real estate.
Kyle resides in Eugene with his wife and their two young boys. When he is not helping his clients find their dream home or investment properties, you can find him coaching his kids sport's teams and cruising around the lake in the summertime. Prior to real estate, Kyle worked for many years in both the construction and the utility industry. This gives him a unique advantage and perspective to provide important insight when purchasing or selling a home to all his current, past, and future clients. On top of his industry expertise he strives to provide his clients with a high level of communication, dedication, and transparency in all transactions from start to finish, knowing this is one of the most important decisions of people’s lives.
