Kyle Nichols

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Kyle fell in love with the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau during family vacations to Lake Glenville. After purchasing a home near the lake with his husband, Clark, they recently made the move full-time—joined by their two dogs and cat, Bear.

Kyle began his real estate career in 2017 with a top-producing team in Charleston and brings years of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence. He’s also a licensed home inspector and former Airbnb Superhost, giving him a unique perspective on both long- and short-term investment opportunities.

Now part of the Cashiers Valley Real Estate team, Kyle is proud to help others find their place in the mountains he calls home.
