About Kyle

We are a team of professionals focusing on helping you find a home, sell your home, and/or purchase an investment property throughout Central Texas. We have purchased and sold hundreds of investment properties for our clients as well as hundreds of individual homes.

Are focus is two fold.

One: wholesale real estate. Our team is highly experienced in purchasing bank owned homes, HUD homes, auction homes, and numerous other types of wholesale real estate. We have teams of general contractors that can remodel your new purchase, as well as a property management team should you decide to lease your property. We work hard to find you the right home for the right price both for owner occupants and investors. We take pride in educating you along the way.

Two: traditional residential real estate. What ever your needs are, we will dedicate 100% effort to meet those needs. We research locations you desire, run analysis, help you negotiate a purchase, market and sell your existing home, and more. We have a constant stream of properties for sale within our brokerage firm, as well as access to several multiple listing sources.

As an insurance professional, I have known Kyle and Jamie Odiorne for many years. Over the years, I have referred several clients to Kyle (they were ALWAYS delighted and thanked me profusely). (Even though I actually worked with dozens of various realtors through my insurance business), when it came time for my oldest son (Jimmy) to buy his first home, I referred my son to Kyle because I knew Kyle was THE best realtor in Austin.
