I have been in the field of real estate since 2002 when I purchased my first investment property which I used as a rental. This was my first experience as a property manager. I have since added to my portfolio of rental properties and now possess a great deal of experience as a property manager. I have been a Realtor/Broker since 2011.
I have a unique educational and employment background. I hold an Associates Degree in Real Estate and a Real Estate Broker's License. I also have a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Southern California (USC) and a Master's Degree in Counseling from Loyola Marymount University. I'm also an adjunct instructor at a community college where I teach "California Real Estate Practice," Legal Aspects of Real Estate, and "California Real Estate Principles".
My philosophy is to educate my clients about the buying and selling process. I believe it's important to listen to my clients so that I have a full understanding of their wants and needs. More importantly I equip my clients with the knowledge and tools that they need to make an informed and educated decision about real estate. My motto is "measure twice and cut once," which simply means do your homework and research things thoroughly so that you can make a sound decision without making a huge mistake. You don't want buyers remorse.
I believe my educational background combined with my unique real world experience gives me an advantage when negotiating deals for my clients. If you are looking for more than just a sales agent, but rather an advocate with a college education combined with real world experience who will negotiate the best deal for you: Then I'm your guy!
