About Kyle

Born and raised in Vero Beach, FL, Kyle Von Kohorn is remarkably well-acquainted with this lovely coastal town and its satellite communities.

After earning his degree in Business Administration at the University of North Florida, Kyle was recruited, and subsequently immersed himself, in the hospitality industry. Working with familiar brands, such as Marriott and Hilton, he was quickly identified by upper management as an unusually competent and gifted individual. As a result, he became the youngest general manager in his field and was assigned the (sometimes onerous) task of moving from one problem property to another to bring them up to their expected potential. Achieving awards and recognition for his success, Kyle was most recently assigned to General Manager at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Holiday/Tarpon Springs in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida.

However, Kyle had always dreamed of returning home to Vero Beach and turning his talents to real estate. Thus, he joined his dad, also a successful and well-respected Realtor, in helping people find the home and community in which they want to live, and making the process, from beginning to end, smooth and enjoyable.

Living in Vero Beach for his entire youth has afforded Kyle an unusual familiarity with the area – the waterways, beaches and communities, the school districts, local businesses, and professionals.

Kyle’s passion for performing at the highest possible level is an attribute he brings to all his endeavors (including scuba diving and deep-sea fishing, winning awards in the latter arena as well.) His continual striving for excellence combined with his expertise in the hospitality industry has garnered him not only several awards and company-wide recognition, but more importantly, the respect of his colleagues, clients, and community.
