I cannot say how happy we are with the work of Kyle Zene Moore of the Zander Realty Group.
I met him almost accidentally. But from that moment he and his team woked non-stop to prepare and promote our apartment. The most impressive thing was the walkthrough video they made for our apartment. It told the story of the neighborhood, the building and the apartment. Their team took care of fixing the little things and get all the necessary inspections and documents needed to get the sale through.
If you are thinking of hiring a real estate agent, think of Kyle first.

I worked with Anasha, who was amazing!! At the time of this post, I was just moving to the Boston, MA area, which was more than 10 hours away from where I was originally located. Anasha made the transition so easy for us to move. She assisted us with an apartment showing and noted every detail to alert the landlord. She also kept in contact with us every day leading up to us signing the lease and thereafter. Anasha was willing to answer all of our questions, serve as our point of contact between the landlord and listing agency, and more importantly, was so nice and well mannered that we never felt like our questions were overwhelming. Big Shout Out to Valencia Jacobs Brown for assisting me in purchasing a property in one of the craziest markets of all time. Valencias extensive knowledge and guidance made owning a property a possibility for me in 6 months after spending the previous 2 years spinning my wheels working with other agents in the market. She provides references for all facets of the process and makes the open house experience enjoyable.
