Kyler Yamashiro

Kyler is a local to the South Bay Area, born and raised in Torrance. Getting his start in 2018 as a residential agent under the Kase Team in Orange County. There, he learned the proper processes, work ethic, and skills needed to be a successful agent. While working in the residential side, he always had a curiosity and passion for growing into multifamily and commercial real estate.

Which led him to join Lyon Stahl in 2023 under the Harley Group; a group that specializes in multifamily properties in the Los Angeles Area with a focus on 1031-tax deferred exchanges.

Kyler’s approach is centered on building trust with his clients through open communication, professionalism, and integrity. He takes the time to understand each client's unique needs and goals, and works tirelessly to help them achieve their desired outcomes. Kyler is committed to providing you with the personable support and guidance you need to make informed decisions and reach your objectives.

When he is not in the office you can find him skateboarding, shooting photography and spending time with family.
