Kylie Givens

Kylie Wilgus Givens is a 2001 graduate of Indian River High School and a 2006 graduate of Goldey Beacom College where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management. In 2007 she obtained her Real Estate License and joined her dad, Michael in the family business as the fourth generation of Wilgus Associates Inc. Currently, Kylie is a full time Real Estate Sales agent. Kylie also assists in the marketing and advertising division of Wilgus Associates and helps manage the company website. As a lifelong native to Bethany Beach, she has a unique appreciation and understanding of the resort area.
