Kylie Hampton

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kylie Hampton graduated Summa cum Laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Criminology & minor in Psychology. She then went on to earn a master's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she also graduated with honors. After moving to Charleston in 2012, Kylie branched out into residential real estate in the Holy City & hasn’t looked back since.

In Kylie's first year in real estate, she was nominated as Top New Agent in recognition of her sales acumen & superior customer service. In years following, Kylie established herself as a Top Producer among franchise offices across the region & has been awarded for her outstanding sales performance.

As part of her dedication to serving her clients, Kylie strongly believes in continued education & training. Kylie is licensed as a Broker, as well as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), which ranks her in the top 5% of agents nationwide in negotiation.

Kylie loves Charleston for its array of incredible seafood restaurants, beautiful beaches, & its rich history. Although real estate is a 24/7 business, Kylie finds time to volunteer on her HOA’s Board of Directors & has served as Vice President since 2015. In her downtime she enjoys cooking with her husband, staying active, & relaxing with a good book.
