Kymberly is the best, that's all there is to it. She has an attention to detail that really helps make a difference, especially in selling a house. I thought it sounded strange when she wanted us to move our stuff into the garage and that she would be bringing in her own furniture and wall art, but when she was done, it really made a big difference in the way the house looked. We sold our house back in 2020 when Kymberly had just left somewhere else to start Valor Homes. Thanks to Kymberly our house had 11 offers in 24 hours, and 3 of those ended up being $15,000 over our asking price. Now some of that may have been due to the market at the time, but I do not doubt that the effort Kymberly put into selling our house made a huge difference. In contrast, we had friends that sold a house at about the same time, but their realtor didn't really do anything. The house sold, but they didn't get the amount and caliber of offers that we got.

On the buying side, Kymberly was attentive to the things we did and did not like when we walked through a potential house. She gave good advice about where to buy a house to get the most house for our budget. When we found this house she helped us negotiate. We offered an amount below the asking price, which was a dangerous thing to do in 2020. They counter offered, and we counter-counter offered. We didn't hear back for a while. Kymberly called me and said she was worried something wasn't right and that we should just go ahead and accept their first counter-offer. We did, and it is a good thing we did. Her instincts were right. She found out that while we were negotiating another higher offer had come in. If we had not followed her advice and taken the counter-offer, we would not have gotten the house.

That was back in 2020, but the perks did not stop there. I have never heard of a realtor doing what she does, but throughout the year Valor Homes will invite us to outings, like a free trip to the pumpkin patch, or a painting class. She also will on occasion have someone bring birthday gifts. Not only that, but just last week I won a pair of Bluetooth headphones in one of the very frequent contests they have on their Facebook page.

We had Kymberly directly as our realtor. Since she does such great work, they have grown a lot since 2020. You may not get Kymberly directly working on your house sale, but I saw her training her staff as we were selling our home, and she was teaching them all to pay attention to the details at well. I cannot personally vouch for the others she now has working there, but I know Kymberly sets a high standard, so I trust that anyone you get from Valor Homes will be a great help in buying and selling a home.

We were in the market to purchase a home at the end of 2019/2020 when we found Kym. We hit it off right away and she went to work finding us a home. It wasn't an easy task due to one thing or another. Kym never gave up. She made herself available whenever I had questions. She always answered the text or call. I'm a first time home buyer and stumbled on Kymberly after seeing she was also a veteran and I'm so glad I did, she was extremely responsive and would answer any questions I ever had and when I wanted to see a house she would get there early and give me a virtual tour as soon as she could. (I was buying from AK) She was extremely up front and honest about the houses and give me her honest opinion on them all. If you are buying in this market, you know how bad it is, yet Kymberly made this process simple and stress-free. Our house hunting journey took a total of 9 weeks from start to finish, and to say that she went ABOVE and BEYOND the entire 9 weeks is an absolute understatement.

She was just a text away at any moment, even early mornings, late nights, and weekends (which is what you need in this market!), and was always able to get us in a showing the day-of a house coming on the market. She ALWAYS had our best interests in mind, even when we were ready to call it quits and wanted to offer on the first somewhat acceptable house we saw. She never let us put an offer down on a house that we didn't truly love, and never once pushed us into a house that we were undecided on.

I know that we would not have gotten our house if not for her resourcefulness and awesome strategizing. She went to bat for us when our title company almost fell through and had our backs the entire time. She's INCREDIBLE and you would be lucky to have her as your realtor! I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a house.

Due to the unexpected turns that life can throw at us I was faced with closing 4 house deals over the past year both as a buyer and a seller. Kym was with me every step of the way. She provided exceptional help and displayed incredible savy with her knowledge of the real-estate market as a whole, not just the Lexington market. Kym was always responsive and quick to addresss any question or need that came up during the process. Keep in mind this was on 4 seperate occasions. With each houe she proved herself to be an exceptional professional determined to get me the deal that I needed for my situation. Kym never attempted to tell me how things had to be done, an issue I've had in the past with other realtors. With Kym I truly felt that each transaction was a team effort where we both had the same goals. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. Not many realtors will be staging at 2:30am to make things perfect the day a house hits the market. Kym and her team were. Through these house deals Kym has become a true friend and I don't know how I could have found a better Realtor to take care of me during a stressful year of ups and downs.

OMG! This agent is a fireball. She met us so many times in the spur of the moment to show us homes across 2 counties. When we finally found our new home. Then she went to work helping us prepare our current home to sale. Helping us find a very affordable handy man to get some tile and countertop work done.
