Are you looking for a real estate fairy? You need to call Kyra Buckner

I met Kyra when I booked a showing to see a home. I didn’t end up buying a home in Ohio but she was more than willing to show me whatever I wanted to see even though I was not really ready to or even sure I wanted to buy.

I asked her to come to my house to give me an idea of what I needed to do to sell (which I knew needed to happen because of a divorce but wasn’t really sure where to start) and she graciously obliged. She was so thorough and honest. “If you want buyers with X type of loan, you’ll need to do XYZ…”.

She even saved me hundreds of dollars when I casually mentioned some work I was having done by recommending a contractor that she had worked with who ended up doing a better job than I had even expected for less than I was prepared to pay.

Her advice was priceless and my home ended up with an offer that was $20K over ask within 24 hours…but she didn’t just jump on it. In fact, she wouldn’t even tell me about the offer until she knew the deal would close…(was the buyer qualified, was there cash on the table in case of an appraisal issue, etc.). In this market and knowing issues that other friends had faced when selling/buying, I knew I had chosen an agent that truly had my best interest in mind.

The deal closed without any issues. I even loved my buyer, which sounds ridiculous but letting go of my home wasn’t easy. 😏Knowing my buyer would love it and make the beautiful memories that my family had made there was important to me.

Bonus feature…my to be ex husband was stationed in Italy for the whole process and Kyra made it all so easy during a difficult time in our lives.

Bottom line, there’s a reason Kyra is a successful agent. She’s top of the line. She’s even been gracious about answering questions on issues a friend of mine had selling and buying real estate when she has no skin in the game.

Kyra is someone I have come to consider a friend (whether she likes it or not 🤷‍♀️😆). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I purchased my first home with very little knowledge of the buying experience. Kyra guided me through every step of the process and explained every detail to me. We had difficult sellers yet Kyra did all the leg work to make this process smooth for me and my family. Highly recommend her if you are selling or buying.
