She continuously updated me throughout the entire process. She worked with my husband and myself for the past 6 months on buying our first home together. Kyrsten was a pleasure to work with when we bought our home. She was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional, far beyond the typical real estate agent assistance with an exhaustive search, negotiation, and contract. Additionally, she was very helpful finding a home that really fit our needs and then assisted with details on the area, inspections, Radon mitigation, taxes, and even ideas with future decor. Her follow-on contact after closing has been appreciated. The assistance with a huge move to the state of Kansas, putting up with our high-level of details and questions, went far beyond what we typically expect from a realtor. We have owned many nice homes, and we'd go straight to Kyrsten if we buy in this area again.

My wifes and my struggle with the housing market was difficult to say the lease. But due to ms ross dedication, experience and knowledge she helped us get into a home we love. From out of state video calls and showing to last min sellers dropping out. We found a home an hour after it was up on the web and we saw it that day and put in an offer and got it. Krysten Ross is absolutely the best realtor! I used her the first time when I sold my home in Junction City and bought a new home in Chapman! Then when my husband and I were ready to sell our Chapman home and purchase a new home in the country in the area. Kyrsten was the only one I knew I was going to use!

Seriously when people ask me why Krysten is the best, simple she works very hard! She does not stop making sure everything is taken care for you whether you are selling or buying or even Both! She takes care of clients as if it was herself selling or purchasing the home! If you have a question or want clarification she messages her clients right back with in a very short timeline no waiting around!

Kyrsten is also straight forward, she advises what she recommends and if something needs to be fixed or corrected she tells you and advises you why it should be this way.
