David Christian handled the listing, marketing and sale of one of my properties in a professional, and dedicated manner. Energetic, always available, and committed to the highest level of service that he could provide. He drew up a comprehensive market analysis, and sales plan, which resulted with several qualified offers, and putting the property in contract in under 3 weeks. Even when dealing with the buyers agent from hell, he maintained his high level of enthusiasm, and professionalism.
