Being a person who works in the trades I couldn't completely grasp Lacie's love and dedication for her career until after she sold a beautiful home on a couple of acres to a close friend of mine . When I visited his new place for the first time he and I sat outside and he told me about how much he and his family loved their home, how great it was to be able to invest in projects to upgrade and personalize the home and yard to fit there taste and interests since they were finally investing in something that truly belongs to them and not someone else's property that they are only renting for a period of time .
He told me he never thought his family could become homeowners as soon as they did but after reaching out to Lacie and having all of their questions answered and hurdles laid out for them they were able to move forward to ultimately end up in their dream home .
That was when I realized that being a real estate agent means so much more than just being a person who sells a house but rather a person who assists people in finding and securing the places they call home , raise families and make a lifetime of memories. That was when I could grasp Lacie's love for her career and devotion to her clients .
Lacie and I have discussed my future plans to move out of my current area and when the time comes I know she'll be the only agent I consider working with and I look forward to having the same streamlined and dedicated experience that I know she'll deliver .

I know many Gig Harbor area realtors, but Lacie is my #1 go-to agent. I’ve seen firsthand how she keeps her buyers’ best interest at heart. Lacie takes feasibility periods seriously to make sure that her buyers don’t buy a property that’s wrong for their needs. In an industry full of people who say all the right things but don’t often do it, Lacie is proven to have a strong moral code and look out for her clients best interests.

We had an exceptional experience with Lacie as our buyer’s agent! From start to finish, she was outstanding in every aspect of the home buying process.
Lacie was always proactive in scheduling viewings for houses we were interested in. If we attended open houses without her, she made it a point to visit the properties on her own if we showed strong interest. Her commitment extended beyond just showing us homes—she frequently communicated with other agents to gather important information and consistently checked in with us throughout the (often) lengthy homebuying process.
When it came time to make an offer, Lacie's thoroughness was evident. She vetted each property and provided us with strategic insights on different offer approaches, discussing various scenarios to ensure we were well-prepared. Her collaborative approach and partnership were highly appreciated. In addition, when potential complications arose, Lacie tapped into her extensive network to connect us with resources and experts, ensuring we had all the support we needed.

Last January, I bought a condo with Lacie as my realtor, just a random match made by a computer, I imagine. She impressed me so much from the very beginning, not only with her experience and knowledge of the business side of real estate, which should be expected, but also with her energy and enthusiasm directed at helping me get a good deal. Her quick replies whenever I texted with a question, and her vast list of contacts to help with inspections and legal questions, made the process efficient and painless. Start to finish in less than three weeks.
So, when I had need to see my mom’s house several months later, Lacie was the obvious choice. Again, her quick responses to questions, guiding us through the process of getting the house ready, and providing contacts for necessary repairs, beautiful staging at no additional cost, and securing a really good offer, netted us the best price I think we could have gotten. Listed on Thursday, closed the following Tuesday. She is a delightful person, so easy to work with, an outstanding communicator, and a wonderful, realtor.

Not going to lie, moving across the country was more than a little stressful! I felt very fortunate that one thing I didn't have to worry about was someone having my back when it came to picking my new home! From start to finish, Lacie made sure I knew what was happening and what to expect every step of the way.
She's easy to talk to, knowledgeable in her field, and on top of what needs to get done. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision when it came to picking my new home, and her patience, plus knowledge of the area made me feel at ease. Knowing she was just a text or call away as we navigated quick visits to WA to find a house, inspection reports, a missing kitchen sink (!!), closing timelines, etc helped me relax and even enjoy the process!
She's very well connected in the area, and having a huge base of recommendations for qualified movers, contractors, plumbers, electricians, you name it really makes the experience seamless!
I also appreciated all the personal recommendations (hair, nails, shopping, food, all the fun stuff!) as finding those things in a new town can be tricky!
