Lacie Gimeno

I am Lacie Gimeno. I have lived in the Spokane and Newman Lake area since the age of 5. After graduating from East Valley High School, I went into banking and finance. I am married, and we have 4 daughters and 4 Pomeranians.
I love Spokane because here we are able to enjoy all four seasons, the beautiful colors of fall, the majestic snow-capped mountains of Winter (skiing), the new life of Spring, and my personal favorite Summer! You can travel in any direction and be at a lake/river within a half hour, where you can enjoy boating, swimming and fishing.
I chose my career in real estate because I have a passion for people, and I enjoy helping others realize their dream of home ownership. It's an incredible feeling. I’ve learned that selling or purchasing a home can be a lot to juggle, and I have the uncanny ability to relieve some of that pressure by using humor and making it fun. I also invest time and money on continuing education courses to insure I am up-to-date on new laws and issues that could affect my clients.
