LaDawn has helped us with 2 transactions, a Purchase and a Sale. In short, she shined on both transactions. First was a purchase of a condo by our son who was a first-time buyer. In a competitive market, she provided a wealth of knowledge, and helped our son buy his very first property at a fair price. The inventory was tight, and LaDawn helped narrow the choices, finding the perfect place. Then, she represented my parents who sold their early 1900’s home, assisting my Dad along the way with knowledge, kindness and support. Working with not only my parents but 3 of their daughters throughout the process, LaDawn was professional and provided the extra support that my Dad needed to sell a beloved home of 62 years. LaDawn’s knowledge is incredible, and she is calm and patient. Her ability to pull from community specialists for repairs and issues along the way is truly amazing. There is no one I would rather have represent me, and help me through the process of either a purchase or a sale. Thank you, LaDawn for making a difference in both of these transactions. LaDawn sold our home this past fall as we moved out of CO. She is the ultimate real estate professional with our home under contract within a few days of listing. Even when she was on vacation, she was still checking in with us giving us updates as things moved along. Her brochures that were mailed were great and she also has a top notch team assisting her. LaDawn is a fantastic realtor to work with. She and her staff have helped my wife and I with purchasing two homes and selling one in the past 5 years. In all instances, the process was smooth and she was communicative whenever we had questions/concerns. I tell people all the time that if you need a real estate agent, I've got one and its LaDawn. She should be yours too! We have had experience with her as both a seller's and buyer's agent. Her strengths lie in market research, marketing, communication, and network of repair people.

As our seller agent in 2019, we would of not sold our Denver area condo as quickly if it had not been for her. What helped us was her beautiful staging and getting through inspection items.

In 2022, as our buying agent, she helped with locating homes and was knowledgeable about the area we were looking at. Even when we had an interesting problem with the locks on the house and getting in!

Again, she should be your agent and can help you sell and buy!

I can not recommend LaDawn highly enough! One of the things I appreciated about working with LaDawn was that she really listened to what I needed, which was pretty specific due to my mother coming to live with me and having some significant mobility issues.
