Wow!!! Laithe got the deal done!!! I had my house listed on Zillow for sale by owner. The house was a Rental for the past 10 years and it was in really rough shape. Laithe Took the time to come out and see it, he saw it at its worst, but still saw potential. He offered me a couple different options to either keep it for sale by owner or to help me list it. That was just the beginning. Because of Covid and complicated VA/FHA loan process we knew we would have a few hurdles ahead of us. Laithe, directed me what improvements to make, had the home photographed beautifully, and had a very strategic listing price to bring in high volume of traffic. He got me a top market offer and guided me through the process of a third party inspection, a VA inspection, appraisal, and getting the deal closed with the title company. This may be a sellers market, but it is very easy to lose a deal if you don’t have the right guy working for you. Laithe is willing to do whatever it takes to get on the phone with the city, the county, the title company, the other agent, or whoever he needs to to get the deal done. Without his hard work, his willingness to reach out to his colleagues, and his dedication, just deal with it fell through. But it didn’t, he got me top dollar And exceeded my expectations. He is good , very nice to talk to and very patient. It took me a long time to settle and decide on a house but he really helped me and was very patient with me.
