I almost don’t know how to start this review because there are just too many good things to say. Lala is a miracle worker as far as I'm concerned, and I'll be forever grateful that my partner and I found her (by pure happenstance!) to guide us through the challenging journey of buying a home in Phoenix. From the very first phone call to the close of our new house, she blew us away with her expertise of the market, her reliable communication (day, night, and everything between!), and her endless patience as we tried to figure out what we even wanted. Once we found our "this is IT" house, which we didn't think we stood a chance of actually getting, she worked tirelessly to get our offer accepted amid many others that were coming in. I still don't know how she pulled it off, but this woman sure knows what she's doing. It was amazing to feel like someone was truly on our team and was rooting for our happiness.

As a plus, Lala has an incredible eye for interior design and was able to give us ideas for how to bring out the best in all the properties we saw. As two people who definitely don't have that type of "vision" ourselves, her ideas helped the house-hunting process be even more exciting.

I’ve never met someone willing to work so hard to make someone else’s dreams come true. Lala radiates both knowledge and kindness; a truly wonderful human along with being an absolute master in her field. What a rare combination. We're completely indebted to Lala and all of the time, persistence, and dedication she put into helping us find our dream home in a market where we thought we didn't have much hope. Anyone who gets to work with her is in for a very special experience.

Through selling and buying, Lala has been phenomenal through every single step of the process. It can be scary for somebody in their 20’s to potentially make the largest purchase of their life. However, working with Lala was nothing short of comforting. She knows the market like the back of her hand and if she doesn’t have the answer to a question, rest assured there will be a timely follow up. She listens and makes adjustments depending on feedback and is never pushy in the process. At no point did Lala rush us in to a buy - even with the market being red hot. Instead, she presents the facts and makes gentle recommendations.

I hope to buy and sell many homes in my lifetime and equally hope that Lala will be available for all of those transactions, supporting every step of the way.

This is the Third time the wife and I have used Lala as our realtor, she was referred to us by a friend that has used her services many times. Now we refer her to our friends and family. We just closed on our house and she had a contract in hours. When we bought our house she made sure we had plenty to look at that fit our needs. Thanks Lala!

Our experience working with Lala was nothing shy of stellar. From inception to closing, Lala was with us every step of the way with her wealth of knowledge and experience. She helped us identify builder discrepancies, advocated for us when we needed a rate extension and held the builder accountable (with other issues as well). This saved us the loss of a locked in rate. She attended every walk through and even came equipped with her own blue tape!!! This is service and a friendship that is unmatched in the industry and unlike any experience we have ever had! She even attended our closing to ensure all went well and provided support when needed. From our first contact, Lala was a blessing to me as I looked for the perfect home in Arizona. I was unable to leave my state to see the homes in person making her job more challenging. But she never missed a beat. She listened to me as I described what I was looking for and how much I wished to spend. Lala only presented properties that fit my vision and price range. Her knowledge of the area is truly impressive. It allowed me to quickly determine the best areas for me to look in.

Once I decided to build, Lala checked on the progress regularly and sent me updates and photos. Lala even took me via real time video on a tour of the area. I felt like I knew my neighborhood before I even saw it. When I did my walk through, she ensured we marked everything that needed to be corrected. Her attention to detail is amazing.

If anyone is looking for a home, I always recommend Lala. I never felt like just a client with her. She is the best!

I want to preface this review by stating that we are moving to AZ from another state and this may be a bit long (worth the read though). I simply cannot say enough about how easy and reassuring Lala made this entire process for our family. I had been working with two other agents (trying since November) to find a house with no luck at all. A friend of mine then put me in touch with Lala and she found us a house and had our offer accepted in less than 48 hours (I cannot guarantee this will happen for everyone, this was just my experience). I am now more seasoned than I ever wanted to be in house hunting and the thing for me that stands out the most with Lala is her communication. She answers her phone, sends a text when she can't, and calls back within the hour (personally, not an assistant). I was a little skeptical at first because she comes highly rated and has a lot of clients (I thought she would be too busy for me). That doesn't matter. Regardless of how busy she is, I never felt rushed, ignored or like I wasn't a priority. She always thoroughly answered my questions, was quick with all emails and made sure I understood every step of the process. As a first time home buyer, that's a big deal (It's very confusing, there's a lot of terminology/paperwork that the average Joe doesn't understand and it's stressful). She also knows a lot of people (that she has trusted with her own home) who can do/fix/install anything you would need for your home. She also set me up with a great lender Russell Fischer (I'll be leaving him a review as well) who is equally responsive and patient. Weather you are buying your first or 5th home, call her.
