My son has been searching for a first home for a couple of years. The bay area housing market has been very competitive that he gave up after loosing multiple offers to other buyers. Then came COVID-19, the housing market seemed to slow down a bit and we met Lan at one of her listing. Lan was active in hearing what my son was looking for in pricing, size, type of housing and the locations in the bay area that he was interested in. Lan stayed in touch with us and actively provided potential listing that would fit my son's housing criteria, and arranged several viewing of homes during June/July 2020. With Lan's help, we were able to find and secure an accepted offer for my son's first home in a desirable location within a month. During this process, Lan was helpful in answering all of our questions. Lan went the extra miles in negotiating a one-year appliance insurance package and got the home cleaned during COVID-19 before the move-in day. My son has been in his house for a couple of months now and is very happy with this purchase. We were very happy and satisfied with Lan's professional help and real estate experiences. Liu family
