I had an outstanding experience finding a home to rent all because of Lan! As a single mom with less than desirable credit, I was having trouble finding a place. Lan was helpful, caring, and nonjudgmental throughout the entire process. Lan helped change our living situation and lives for the better. I’ve been in my rental for over a month now, and Lan is always responsive about repairs and such. Never a problem. I would recommend Lan for any rental/buying needs. Lan Tran , at 1 Stop Realty , is an excellent listing and selling agent for my house in La Puente. She works extra hours to facilitate the collaboration between buyer and I and allow the transaction to go smoothly with due diligence. Easy, quick, no headache, she takes care from listing my house, to find buyer, to closing the transaction in escrow, all of which, happened in 60 Days. This is my first time to work with 1031 EXCHANGE. I got the introduction to the idea and she is worked diligently for days to tour areas which I have interested for replacement property. Lan is a professional realtor. She helped us from A to Z when we bought this house. She reviewed our documents before we applied for the Loan. She helped us finding the lender who brought us the best mortgage interest rate. During the process of buying the house, whenever I got a doubt about anything, she was willing to explain it to me. When we signed the Loan Docs at escrow, she was there to make sure that escrow have explained the documents that we needed to sign I felt that she had brought the best benefits toward me as a buyer.
