Wise Gies realty has helped me buy three properties and sell one. For all the properties they helped me buy, they helped me get them under appraisal value. For the house they helped me sell, they got me top dollar for it - AND it was under contract in less than a day. They are great about moving things along quickly, knowing what the house will sell for, and how to make the house look great before selling. I will continue using them as long as their in business!
