Lance was born and raised in New York. After graduating from Adelphi University in Long Island, NY with a degree in Business Management, Lance opted for the warm climate of California. It was there that he started to hone his craft as a consummate sales professional in the insurance and annuities industry. After spending seven years in Southern California, Lance was enthralled with the booming city of Las Vegas and its land of opportunity. His twenty-five year plus career in real estate started at Polo Towers on the famed Las Vegas Strip where he was a top producer in vacation ownership sales and management. From there he entered the extremely competitive industry of mortgage lending which lead him to a very fulfilling career in new home sales. During his time in new home sales, Lance has worked on some amazing developments and was ranked #1 in attached home sales by the Howard Hughes Corporation and has sold over $150 million in real estate. Lance moved in to management where his talents earned him the position of Director of Sales for three high-rise condominium developments. In addition, he was the #1 top producing New Home Consultant in2021 for Bridgeland, one of the top selling master-planned communities in the country. During his career in Real Estate he has consulted more than 10,000 people. Lance is very excited to join City Brix Realty. He is very happily married and is the proud father of two beautiful daughters as well as a bonus son and daughter. Lance is an avid Lakers fan and his hobbies include pickleball, cycling and absolutely loves to travel.
