After years of working in management at The Four Seasons Hotel and other high-end properties in New York City, Lance relocated to Washington DC in 2002 and while renovating a large DC townhouse, was bitten by the real estate bug. Lance got licensed as a Realtor to pursue his deepening interests and developed a niche marketing platform specializing in lofts and unique properties. His efforts paid off and propelled him to the top 1% of all real estate agents nationwide in his first full year.
