Lance Kotowski

As a resident of Brevard County for over 50 years and the founder of two successful businesses, Lance is a well-known member of the community. With lifelong aspirations of becoming a real estate professional and the support of his family, Lance’s dream of becoming a licensed realtor came to fruition in 2009 when he earned his real estate license and again in 2013 when he earned his real estate broker’s license and established Properties by Lanko, LLC.

His goals as a real estate professional include providing honest and fair service to members of the community and upholding the integrity of the industry. When he is not assisting clients with their real estate needs, he enjoys golfing, attending bible study, and fishing.
