I just completed a successful Cambria house sale with Lance! His guidance, wisdom, and assistance were present through all phases of the experience. He was helpful in suggesting names of craftspeople to complete carpentry repairs, painting, yard maintenance, new carpet selection/installation, window and house cleaning. Lance was easily available for consults when they were needed. I relied on him to keep me on track - and he went above and beyond! My wife and I met with Lance some months ago because we were interested in purchasing a condominium as a vacation home. Despite the fact that none were available, Lance committed to watching the condo market and alerting us when one was available. After several months one became available and lance brought it to our attention before it was listed. He took us on a virtual tour followed up by a real one the next day.
