I just completed a successful Cambria house sale with Lance!
His guidance, wisdom, and assistance were present through all phases of the experience. He was helpful in suggesting names of craftspeople to complete carpentry repairs, painting, yard maintenance, new carpet selection/installation, window and house cleaning.
Lance was easily available for consults when they were needed.
I relied on him to keep me on track - and he went above and beyond!

If you are serious about selling your house quickly, hire Lance. Not only does he understand the "art of presentation" when it comes to listing your home, but he is an expert on Cambria and real estate. He is organized, knowledgeable, and persistent.

I am not a fan of real estate agents even though I have my own license. To me they are overpaid , have no selling skills, and don't know the facts of the property they ae listing. I have been involved in many transactions and finally worked with an agent, Lance Morales , who covered all the bases. He always kept me informed, great communicator, He came up with some good selling points, vacation rental suggestion. He had contacts within the community to get things done. He even staged my house with his own furniture. He has good attention to detail on the all important disclosures. He was always on time for important meetings. He had patience with any delays . He got me top dollar. He deserved and worked hard for his commission.

make for a huge first step in selling your property.
Also, we listened to Lance and did a major de-clutter job.

My wife and I met with Lance some months ago because we were interested in purchasing a condominium as a vacation home. Despite the fact that none were available, Lance committed to watching the condo market and alerting us when one was available. After several months one became available and lance brought it to our attention before it was listed. He took us on a virtual tour followed up by a real one the next day. The condo met our needs and he helped us prepare an offer so that we could present it as soon as the property listed.
