Landis Stephens is the most trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, reliable realtor one could have the pleasure of working with. 10 years ago (2009), at the age of 22, I set out on the journey to purchase a house. I asked around to different people for recommendations on a realtor that would be honest with me, teach me what I needed to know, and not take advantage of such a young buyer. Of course, Landis Stephens name came up. 10 years later (2019), now 32 years of age, I decided to sell the same home. Over the years Landis has watched the market in my neighborhood and when the time was right he let me know he would be there for me, and he was! Today, after selling my home, I have now acquired enough profit to put myself through graduate school to obtain my doctorate degree. Landis always answers the phone when I call, no matter the time of day. He is extremely knowledgeable about the buying and selling process and displays a passion for the real estate market.
