Being one of the rare native Atlantans, born and raised in Buckhead, Lane has strong ties and far-reaching knowledge of this amazing city she calls home. She has been in residential real estate since 2003 and has worked in practically every neighborhood and suburb in and around Atlanta.
Lane has been awarded many accolades during her 20+ year career in Atlanta residential real estate including Million Dollar Club Member, Top Producer, Agent of the Month many times over, and the PalmerHouse Diamond Club Award multiple years. She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, the Atlanta Realtor Association, and Compass- Atlanta’s, Intown Office where she currently runs her consistently growing and full-time real estate business.
Lane is an excellent listener of her clients needs and enjoys exceeding her client’s expectations. She follows through with her clients throughout the home buying or selling process, and always stays in touch after the closing. After years of experience being a Realtor, she is a natural at real estate negotiations whether she is representing the seller or the buyer. Lane is a true professional and her knowledge of each individual neighborhood market inside the Atlanta market is second to none. Lane’s main focus has turned to the ‘intown’ neighborhoods in the City of Atlanta, but still enjoys working with her clients in the immediate outlying cities of Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and Decatur.
Lane attended public school before graduating from The Lovett School in Buckhead. Lane also attended the University of Alabama where she pledged Kappa Kappa Gamma before transferring to the The University of Georgia where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish. Lane has lived abroad in Spain multiple times through-out her life and is fluent in Spanish and ESL certified. She has a true passion for travel and learning about other cultures, which is why her favorite aspect of Atlanta is its vast diversity of residents and visitors from all across the globe.
Outside of work, Lane enjoys social gatherings with her clients, neighbors, and friends, hiking with her rescue dog Tucker, practicing yoga, volunteering with Lifeline Animal Project’s Fulton County Animal Shelter, and especially international travel. Lane currently lives in the neighborhood of Summerhill, the home-base of Atlanta’s 1996 Olympic Games, just minutes from Downtown and the Atlanta Beltline’s southeast trail.
