About Lane

Lane is a spoken word poet, professional speaker, and REALTOR from Townsend, TN who specializes in residential real estate and relocations to the area.. In 2009, he earned a Bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University and spent the next five years learning the art of incredible customer service from world-renowned luxury resort Blackberry Farm.

In August 2014, Lane moved to Maryville, married his wife Hannah and joined the LeConte Realty team. In addition to full-time brokerage sales, Lane has renovated multiple homes in the City of Maryville and Blount County and, in 2018, was featured on HGTV.

He is a founding board member of Blount County’s Sky City Entrepreneur Center and the LeConte Realty Foundation, and is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Blount and Experience Your Smokies. He has spoken for Blount County United Way, New Hope Children's Advocacy Center, Maryville College and many more.
