Lanlan Meng

Lanlan Meng’s journey into commercial real estate was shaped by a lifetime of experience in
business, finance, and real estate. Growing up in Southern China, she was immersed in real
estate development through her father’s construction business. After moving to the U.S. in
2009, living in multiple states before settling in California, she gained valuable insights into
different markets and investment opportunities.
With a background in accounting for a property management firm and over a decade of running
her own international trade business, Lanlan honed her skills in negotiation, market strategy,
and relationship building. Now, as a commercial real estate advisor working toward her CCIM
designation, she is dedicated to helping business owners, investors, and developers navigate
the market with confidence.
