Lannin Braddock

Lannin Braddock is the COO and co-founder of The Braddock Group. As COO, Lannin is responsbile for all operations and processes within the organization. She brings 15 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, including new development, sales, leasing and project management. She has served as the property manager for over 1 million square feet of retail, medical, office, and industrial commercial real estate.

She is a Past President, Board Member and current committee leader of Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) which is the leading organization for women and men CRE professionals within the Cape Fear region of North Carolina. She is serving her 2nd term as Co-Chair for the Cape Fear CREW Awards of Excellence event, which recognizes excellence and leadership in commercial real estate throughout the Cape Fear Region
