First off, I’m a first time homeowner. I just recently closed on my home and I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience and I thank God for Laquisha. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and has a beautiful spirit, but she looked out for me and made sure that I was getting the best for what was in my budget. She made sure to do extensive research to make sure that listing prices were appropriate for the area and that they reflected the times we’re in now. She insured that my needs were met according to my specific desires as we diligently searched for homes. She is very resourceful, readily available and always eager to answer any and all questions, which is what made this very new process feel so comfortable. She kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process. She always reassured me even when things took different turns and didn’t end up the way I’d imagined, which helped ease any nerves that might have gotten out of wack. Overall, I would highly recommend allowing Laquisha Fowlkes to be part of your home purchasing team as she has been such a huge help to me throughout mine.
