Lara began in new home sales for Lennar Homes and Mercedes Homes from Tampa Palms to Brandon. Transitioning into property management, she completed the lease-up of the high-end waterfront property 345 Bayshore, managing sales, marketing, and all levels of retail design, construction design, and interior design.
Following that success, she managed the Davis Island Apartments property for three years and continued in real estate management at Noble-Perez LLC, an investment real estate entity, where she not only worked as the property manager but was the coordinator on all renovation and remodel projects. This allowed her to amass a broad spectrum of architectural and interior home design experience with a focus on improving property value for resale.
She is also an experienced residential mortgage broker and remains an active licensed broker in the State of Florida, another asset to her clients as she can assist in many aspects of the transaction.
