Larry Bell

As Senior Vice President at Transwestern, Larry focuses on representing corporate tenants and private sector clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, nationally and internationally.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Bell has over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry working with various Fortune 1000 companies. He has represented clients such as Sybase, an SAP company, T.Y. Lin Engineering, Degenkolb and CVS. Prior to his position at Transwestern, he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, served as managing director for Staubach, and managing partner at Mohr Partners, a national tenant representation firm. He began his career at Grubb & Ellis where he rose to Senior Vice President and helped grow the corporate services team.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION
Larry is a member of CoreNet, the Tri-Valley Business Council and Score Fore Kids. Score Fore Kids is a charity golf event that has raised in excess of a million dollars for Children's Hospital in Oakland. Larry has been awarded a variety of achievements including Grubb & Ellis' Salesperson of the Year in 1991 and 1995, along with the Staubach Top Gun Award in 2003 and the Top Achiever Award annually from 2001 through 2015.

Larry holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Penn State University.
