Larry Birnbaum

Larry Birnbaum is the Real Estate Broker and Owner of LMB Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA. He lives in Costa Mesa, and grew up in Costa Mesa since the age of two. He attended college at Pepperdine University, graduating in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration.

His first job out of college was working with a company specializing in selling residential income property in Orange County. He then worked in the mortgage industry and started his own mortgage company in 2005. He closed down that mortgage company at the end of 2007 when the credit crunch took place in the financial world. Since then, he has been running LMB Enterprises, specializing in working with Real Estate Buyers and Sellers.

As you can see, he has worked in the Real Estate industry since he graduated from college in 2002. He loves to work with Buyers and Sellers, and always go above and beyond the expectations of his clients. He strives to make the buying or selling process fun, exciting, and rewarding rather than stressful and high-pressure. He is dedicated to giving each of his clients the undivided service they deserve!!
