Larry Butts

I’m a proud lifelong resident of the Southern Tier of New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania, a place my family and I are grateful to call home. Real estate is truly a family business for us—I work alongside my wife, Jody, as part of the Butts Team, and together we enjoy helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Before entering real estate, my professional background was in Information Technology (IT), where I developed strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Jody’s background is in Education, which shaped her ability to communicate clearly, guide people through complex processes, and make others feel comfortable and supported. Those experiences have carried over naturally into the way we serve our clients today.

We’re also the proud parents of two wonderful teenagers, and much of our time outside of real estate is spent supporting their activities and staying involved in our local schools and community organizations. Being connected to the community isn’t just important to us—it’s part of who we are.

Our goal with the Butts Team is simple: treat every client the way we would want to be treated. We believe in clear communication, honest advice, and a personalized approach to every transaction.
