While some spend years searching for their life passion, Larry Eberhard found his shortly after graduating from college. Getting his bachelor’s in business administration and economics, Larry did not know what career path he was going to pursue. He had a full-time job pouring concrete in addition to General Contracting New Construction on the side. He was contracting approximately one house a year and was very hands on doing a vast majority of the work including pouring footings, laying/ building concrete walls, carpentry, etc. At one point, he hired a real estate agent to sell a house. Seeing Larry’s determination and people-oriented nature, the REALTOR (Keep small Icon) asked Larry if he had ever considered a career as an agent. That was when the seed was planted, and Larry quickly obtained his license, hitting the ground running. Today he is a top agent in Saint Paul’s Eastern suburbs, working diligently to exceed his clients’ expectations.
Growing up on a dairy farm, it is safe to say that a strong work ethic was instilled in Larry at a young age. “I was taught discipline and the importance of working hard until a job is done,” Larry explains. “So that has been a cornerstone of my career.” It is clear Larry has a deep commitment to accomplishing his goals. Today Larry is a top agent in Saint Paul’s Eastern Suburbs, having earned the designation of “Certified Residential Specialist” for advanced continuing educational training in the residential real estate industry, and he has been voted “Super Agent” numerous times by his peers in the real estate industry. Larry’s number one goal is to work diligently
to exceed his clients’ expectations.
While Larry’s main focus is making his clients happy, he also makes time for his wonderful family, including his wife Vickey and son Noah. They have provided tremendous support for him throughout his career, and he is incredibly grateful for that. Another huge part of Larry’s business stems from his heavy involvement in the community, giving back in ways such as: participation in the Oakdale Area Chamber of Commerce, Holiday Helping Hands – local non-profit organization, and the Oakdale Summerfest Committee, while also having his business sponsor local family activities such as the Oakdale Mystery Egg Hunt and the Oakdale Winterfest Celebration. He seeks opportunities to give back to the community that has been such a blessing to his career over the past 30+ years.
