Larry Fullerton

Larry Fullerton, a public and private real estate developer, has been instrumental in Denver’s real estate community for over thirty-five years. As President of The Fullerton Company, Larry developed 200 lofts in downtown and near-downtown Denver. Previous to that, Larry was a Cabinet-level officer under Denver Mayor Federico Pena, responsible for building the impressive major bond projects of the ’80s, including the Buell Theatre and the Colorado Convention Center. Prior to joining LIV Sotheby’s, he served as Executive Director of Hope Communities, a nonprofit providing affordable housing. Larry is a graduate of Tulane University and the University of Virginia Law School.
