Our experience with Larry was perfect! We worked very well together and the whole process was very transparent. Purchasing OR selling a home, you MUST be able to establish a trusting relationship and I am ecstatic to share how well this transaction has been and it is with pleasure to say - we TRUST Larry! As in any real estate transaction, it is critical that your agent is up front with key information regarding the market and especially being strategic. It is like a chess game and gamble in the market! So, your agent must be highly skilled! We received stellar services! Larry and his team were very diligent the whole entire time. We came with plenty of concerns and there was not a time, Larry did not have answers for us! He is equipped with information and resources at his fingertips! SOLID, SOLID, SOLID!
Here is my back story:
In 2019, my home was on the market and I was going through some challenges with having it sold. I reached out to Larry via Facebook and although he was not my agent, he shared some helpful information and even shared some positive energy to help keep me confident. I was then able to gauge my next proposal with my agent at that time.
Fast forward to May 2020, I reconnected with Larry and introduced him to my boyfriend to initiate the process of purchasing a home. There were some confidential challenges that we had to disclose, but Larry was ON IT! He coached us through step, continued to share critical information on every property of interest and was showing us homes in less than 24 hours! When you are supported by a team of experts, challenges are like peanuts to an elephant!
Real estate is a huge commitment and you ought to be sure you are partnered with a team of experts. I highly recommend Larry and his team for any real estate need!

It doesn’t feel like a business transaction it feels like a transformational experience because they so are willing to wait, be patient and match the right home to those they represent. Being a first time home buyer, the whole entire process was super intimidating and scary for me. Larry was very patient and helpful in answering all my questions without ever making me feel like a bother. It was always very easy to get a hold of him, either by email, text, or call, and he always responded in a reasonable timeframe. Trust me when I say I always have a lot of questions about everything, and Larry always either had the answers or got back to me with the answer/s. The whole home buying process is tiring and at times discouraging when you have a budget you have to stick to, but I never felt pressured into anything and was always given time to digest any information given to me. I will definitely recommend Larry and Dinah to anyone I know needing/wanting to buy or sell a home.

We had such a great experience with them that when we decided to sell we reached out to them and they were there for us again to help sell our first home. So my wife and are first time home owners. We were both unsure and very Nervous about the whole process and what we are getting ourself into. After our first meeting with Larry and Dinah I was at ease. I knew we were in good hands.
Larry and Dinah made us feel like we were their top priority. They are always open to answer any questions very fast in responding. Nothing but great positive things about this couple. Even though Larry & Dinah have many clients, they treat you and make you feel as you're the only one. While in the process of selling of my previous house, he went out of his way to get us an offer and represent us on the buying side. Because of Larry & Dinah, my new wife and I will get to begin our marriage in our dream home. This is something that we will never forget! Throughout both the buy and sell processes, Larry & Dinah continually kept me in the loop and never stopped advocating our us for a moment.

On the buy side, they went above and beyond and was able to get additional seller credits for us that we didn't even think to ask for! Any questions or guidance throughout the process, they were able to provide right away.

With regard to the sell side, they both helped us stage and market the house to drive a lot of traffic into the house. In using every marketing channel available, they were able to get us an offer very quickly. Due to their recommendation of packing before showing the house, moving was a breeze.

In the end, they were able to coordinate the funding, recording and closing of both houses in the same day! Dinah and Larry worked in stride to ensure that not one thing fell below the cracks.

Unfortunately, Google doesn't allow for 10 our of 5 stars because that's what Larry & Dinah deserve. HIGHLY Recommend and will definitely use them in the future!
