I truly don't even know where to begin explaining how great Larry is. We haven't found a house yet, but it's not through any fault of Larry's. He has shown us so many houses that I can't even count them all. I've been so picky and hard to deal with that I'm surprised he even answers the phone when I call him. He is INCREDIBLY patient, kind, understanding and so very easy to talk to. When you are searching for something as important as a house I feel like having a realtor that you would consider a friend is very helpful. He very well might hate me after everything I have put him through, but each time we see him he treats us like we are his friends. I honestly can't recommend him enough.

Larry was my second experience with a realtor, and he was absolutely phenomenal. My first home buying experience was legitimately a first time buyer horror story, with that agent trying to push me to do all kinds of things that weren't in my interest. Larry was the exact opposite, he gave great advice, but wouldn't do anything unless my wife and I felt comfortable with it. He helped us sell our old home, and purchase a new in the span of about 2 months at the end of 2022. I cannot imagine a better realtor. He was incredibly hardworking. I would highly recommend him especially for new home buyers.
